During your Subscription, you are entitled to receive all 一本久久综合亚洲鲁鲁五月天 product updates on the cadence that best meets the needs of your environment, whether quarterly or biweekly. You can easily switch between the two update plans at any time during your Subscription.
Interested in a denser hardware platform, moving to a new server manufacturer, or cloud platform? Your 一本久久综合亚洲鲁鲁五月天 Subscription is transferable on an equivalent capacity basis to any new infrastructure supported by the 一本久久综合亚洲鲁鲁五月天 Software Class you鈥檝e licensed, at any time during your Subscription term and without any additional charge.
Has your business model changed such that you need more performance from your storage or want to move your storage to a public cloud? Your 一本久久综合亚洲鲁鲁五月天 Subscription can be transferred across license classes on a dollar-equivalent basis for any unused term.
The highly portable nature of your Subscription provides you with the ability to move to All-NVMe or the cloud as your workflow requirements change.

Software License Transferability
Transfer Involving Hardware Platforms:
Within the Same Software License Class: You can transfer your licensed capacity among any Hardware Platform as long as it is within the same Software License Class.
For example, if you licensed 384TB of 一本久久综合亚洲鲁鲁五月天 Active License for a specific Hardware Platform, you can transfer that subscription to any other Hardware Platform that accommodates the Active Software License Class.
Across Different Software License Classes:听You can transfer the capacity and remaining subscription term of one Software License Class on a Hardware Platform to a different Software License Class on any Hardware Platform on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
For example, if you licensed 960TB of 一本久久综合亚洲鲁鲁五月天 General Purpose License on a specific Hardware Platform for 36 months, you can apply the current remaining value of that subscription towards a subscription for 一本久久综合亚洲鲁鲁五月天 Active License on any compatible Hardware Platform.
Transfers Involving Cloud Platforms:
Within the Same Cloud Platform:听If you have a subscription for a specific Software License Class deployed on a particular Cloud Platform (e.g., CNQ AWS or CNQ Azure), you can transfer that subscription to another Software License Class within that same Cloud Platform. Transfers will be on a dollar-for-dollar basis, pro-rata, for the unused portion of your prepaid subscription license fee.
For example, if you have $100,000 of committed purchase on CNQ AWS Hot, you can transfer the remaining unused commitment to CNQ AWS Cold.
Between Different Cloud Platforms: You may transfer licensed capacity or subscription value from one Cloud Platform (e.g., AWS) to a different Cloud Platform (e.g., Azure) on a dollar-for-dollar basis, pro-rata, for the unused portion of your prepaid subscription license fee, provided that both the original purchase of the subscription and the new subscription were/are made outside the cloud provider marketplaces. Cross Cloud Platform transfers may also change Software License Classes.
For example, if you have $100,000 of committed purchase on CNQ AWS Hot, you can transfer the remaining unused commitment to CNQ Azure Hot or CNQ Azure Cold.
Prohibited Transfers:
Between Hardware Platforms and Cloud Platforms: You cannot transfer licensed capacity or subscription value between a Hardware Platform and a Cloud Platform, or vice-versa.
Into or Out of a Cloud Marketplace: You cannot transfer licensed capacity or subscription value into or out of a cloud marketplace offering.
Software Subscription Expiration
Subscriptions are a term license and are valid for the length of time licensed. The license expires immediately after the Subscription expires.
